Lodge -
Nestled behind beautiful stone pillars at the gated entrance to the estate.
This cottage has one spacious bedroom and one bathroom. The sitting room
is also a good size with woodburning stove and the kitchen is fully fitted
with French windows overlooking paddocks and gardens. All newly renovated
in 2004. Furniture and fittings to a high standard and in keeping with the
country theme we aim to maintain in all our properties. There is plenty
of parking to the rear, and gardens all around, with a small terrace on
the front porch. This cottage has great access to the A1.
Garden
Cottage -
This three bedroom Victorian gardners cottage has been built onto the old
walled garden that almost covers one acre of land to its rear. In the heart
of the estate, this cottage has access over a bridge crossing the Shippton
Burn and is surrounded by woodlands to one side and view over the lambing
field behind. A large copper beach tree of magnificent colour all year round
drapes over the front lawn and garden, providing a secret barbecue site
underneath.The kitchen to the back is inside the walled garden with plenty of light and rear access. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and looks over the front garden. There are two large double bedrooms the largest of which is downstairs. The other bedroom has twin beds and there is a bathroom with bed and shower, between these rooms. There is a further shower room downstairs.

Cottage -
This deluxe one bedroom cottage is attached to the old carriage yard of
the main Hall, and was once the home to the coachman in days of olde. It
has been fully renovated to a high specification with a living room with
real fire place, seperate dining area and back kitchen with entrance to
the garden. There is a large bathroom and bedroom upstairs.There is a large copper beach out the front of the cottage with plenty of parking underneath, the garden leads around from the side and is secluded by woodlands.

This lovely old cottage has one very large bedroom and bathroom upstairs,
another large room below with a huge stone fireplace housing a suitably
large woodburning stove, with a great kitchen diner room leading to the
back parking and garden area.There is a fantastic round room adjoining this cottage, called a jin-gang in this part of the world, once used as a mule driven milling house for the farm. It can be used for barbequing or just hiding from the burning sunshine Northumberland seems to be experiencing these summers!
The garden is lovely and stretches around three sides of this property leading up steps into the woods from the west side.
Situated at the edge of the old stone farm buildings this cottage looks out over the parkland - beautiful views. The buildings are not used often, with no intensive farming practiced in this farm, so there is little disturbance, the buildings are old and authentic with a lot of character.
